We live in an era of changing and transforming technologies.  Unprecedented innovations are shaping up our world faster than ever.  Understanding the risks and resilience measures to manage our increasing portfolios of risks is greater than ever. Emerging technologies and continued innovations in a dynamic manner are the essence of our time and a transition to the next. Keeping these current and emerging needs of change and transformations in mind, the Center for Risk and Resilience (C2R) has strategically devised it's cutting-edge program, Technology and Innovation Program (TIP).  This program is for both developing and testing new innovations as well as providing services for the existing technologies and support to the projects, programs and clients in a continuous manner. 

C2R considers its TIP as a moduller program that updates with dynamic uptake of targeted projects and challenges. TIP is designed for unique ideas, technologies, solutions, innovations in collaboration with specific technology-innovation partners, and technology/innovation subject matter experts, and aims to evolve in a consultative manner taking build, test, application, transfer, and supporting services mode. The existing tested and proven technologies remained deployed and a wide array of suppliers collaborated on a case-by-case basis.
